Mark your calendars today Blog PostsWork, Recreation, and Full Engagement Contrary to popular belief, money (although important to all of us) isn't the only thing that keeps people motivated and engaged. In fact, I've observed that those who enter any particular profession strictly for its income potential eventually become discouraged and dis-engaged. So, when it comes to motivation, what are we to do? Specifically, what are we to do concerning project teams? Although how people are compensated for what they do (be it monetarily or not) is a contributing factor, I believe that is only half the equation… Read the complete blog post here Predictability Increases Productivity

Read the complete blog post here I have recently come to realise that I've come to expect far too many things “on demand” these days – whether it be my favorite TV program from last night, a 24 hour supermarket for my soda fix, free WiFi somewhere other than McDonalds, or simply some medical attention.
